Signs and Symptoms of Colon cancer
Cancers of the colon and rectum often show no symptoms in the early stages. Likely first warning signals include:

1. Changes in bowel movements (including bleeding from the rectum, persistent constipation or diarrhea, or a feeling of being unable to empty the bowel completely) that last for more than ten days.
2. Dark patches of blood in or on the stool, or long, thin “pencil stools”.
3. Black, sticky stools, which may indicate internal bleeding.
4. Frequent gas pains, bloating, stomach discomfort, and/or abdominal cramping.
5. Unexplained fatigue and weakness, weight loss, or loss of appetite.

Constipation


Signs and Symptoms of Constipation
1. Hard, compacted stools that are difficult or painful to pass.

2. A lingering feeling of painfulness or incompleteness after having a bowel movement.
3. No bowel movement for three days for adults, fullness days for children (Depending on your diet, age and daily activity, regularity can mean anything from three bowel movements a day to three per week).
4. Swelling, bloating, or discomfort in the abdomen.

Diarrhea

1. Loose, watery stools.
2. Frequent bowel movements.
3. Abdominal pain or cramping.

Diverticulitis

1. Abdominal cramping that is usually most severe on the lower-left side.

2. Nausea.

3. Fever.

4. Diarrhea, constipation, or unusually thin stools.

5. Pain that increases when the sore spot on the abdomen is touched.

6. Intestinal gas.

Gallstones


Signs and Symptoms

1. Intense pain in the upper-right side or center of the abdomen, possibly spreading to the back, chest or right shoulder.

2. Nausea and vomiting.

3. Gas and indigestion.

4. Fever and chills.

5. Jaundice-yellowish skin and eyes.
